One-On-One Personal Training
I will design and help you implement a personalized program based on your fitness assessment and/or health and well-being goals. 2-3 sessions a week are recommended. To meet client need, services are available both in person, as well as online.
Sessions & Pricing
2 Sessions - $100, 8 Sessions - $400, 12 Sessions - $585, 16 Sessions - $630, 24 Sessions - $880, Long Term Contract - 48 sessions $1500 (15% discount on 2-24 sessions price)
Length of Contract: All 2-12 session packages expire 3 months from the date of the first session. All 16-24 and long term session packages expire 6 months from the date of the first session.
Buddy Personal Training
You and a friend work as a team to accomplish a pre-established set of fitness goals based on each individual’s fitness assessment and/or goal structure. For optimum results, both members should have the same health and well-being goals, as each of you will be engaged in the same exercises. Participants share in a common experience, hold each other accountable, and have fun. 2-3 sessions a week are recommended. Rates are per person.

Group Personal Training
A group of 3-4 participants work as a team to accomplish a pre-established set of fitness goals based on each individual’s fitness assessment and/or goal structure. For optimum results, all group members should have similar health and well-being goals as they will engage in the same exercises. This form of training allows individuals to have personalized attention yet shared experiences and support such as that achieved in a group fitness environment. Studies have proven individuals working out in groups are more committed to exercise programs and generally experience more pleasure while working out. 2-3 sessions a week are recommended. Rates are per person.

Group Exercise Classes
Participants follow an instructor through an energetic class format of medium/high intensity interval training. This form of training accentuates the comradery of a group format. The energy level is high, relationships are forged, participants hold each other accountable, and exercise is fun. The instructor provides tips and cues to ensure every participant is working hard yet safely within his/her own fitness level. Both in person and online options are available.

Per Session - $16, 4 Sessions - $50, 10 Sessions - $105
Length of Contract: Session packages can be used for up to 5 months from purchase date.
Workouts are subject to be cancelled due to weather/dependent on season as they are performed outside.
Speaking Engagements
Trainer will design and lead a presentation on health/fitness principles. Presentation topics/workshops will be reached in agreement between client and trainer with presentations ranging in topic from classroom lectures on strategies for healthy eating and goal setting to the actual performance of exercise and flexibility routines which can be implemented in the office. Please inquire as there are a broad range of topics which can be incorporated to meet client specific needs. To meet client need, services are available both in person, as well as online.

Length of Contract
8 Session Training Package
Client receives 8 original/targeted to the client workouts with reps, sets, weight totals, and written descriptions in printed form to use on his/her own without a trainer present. Included in package, trainer meets with client a determined number of face time hours to ensure form and safety, as well as clarity of exercise movements and intensions. As the client increases in strength and endurance, updates can/should be added to workouts for an additional charge to be determined based on client need/desire and consultation between trainer and client.

8 workouts and 6 face time hours - $455/$308 per buddy
8 workouts and 5 face time hours - $415/280 per buddy
8 workouts and 4 face time hours - $380/252 per buddy
Length of Contract: All face time hours in initial package must be completed within 60 days.
30 minute Abdominal/Lower Back Session
Client will perform a trainer created 30-minute sessions of abs/back at the beginning or end of an already scheduled workout session. The date and basic goal and composition of the workout will be determined prior to the date of execution. This fitness option is only available as an add-on to an already paid for one hour workout.

One on One - $19, Buddy - $14 per buddy, Group - $12 per person
Long Term One on One - $15, Long Term Buddy - $10
Length of Contract: All ab/back additions must be completed within regular workout contract limitations as this is an add-on feature.
